Stratis is delighted to announce the release of a Python SDK, enabling Python Developers to begin utilizing Stratis Blockchain Technologies in a programming language they are already familiar with. Python is renowned as one of the most widely used programming languages globally. The development of the SDK is a significant step in Stratis broadening its reach within alternative development communities. With the delivery of pyStratis, enthused developers can now begin to leverage Stratis Blockchain Technologies with ease.
Functionality such as building and signing transactions, interacting with Smart Contracts and obtaining a blockchain state is effortlessly achieved through pyStratis. Furthermore, the STRAX Blockchain and Cirrus Sidechain are fully supported. In addition, InterFlux Hub support has been made available to cater for transactions between Stratis and other blockchains, such as Ethereum.
Stratis is committed to continuing the development for their Python SDK and encourages those proficient with Python to contribute as and where they can. Further development has already begun to extend the functionality to incorporate additional documentation, simplified wallet management and custom Smart Contract interaction.
